In-person lessons
Inside the lesson we will cover:
What you want in the lessons, what your body can do, what we need to do to help your game
Will find drills for you to work on between lessons
Detailed breakdown of the lesson and a video recap and what you need to work on.
One video to me between lessons making sure you are doing the drills/movements properly.
